STH of the game

5:00 - arrive at Target Center - enter VIP gate, a get program - chat with the guys about my "status" as the STH of the game.


5:40 order chix strips and fries - ok - not as good as they smelled


6:00 walk down to the Timberwolves bench area - chat with Monte (usher) while waiting for Lindsay my ticket rep. Monte was also at the gate when we walked through so he recognized us.


6:05-6:20 - watch players warm up and take pix


6:20 - 7:05 meet Lindsay - sit on player bench ( yep my butt was on the same vinyl as the players) chat about the players - watch them stretch etc. Take photos of me and Lacy on the TWolves logo on the floor - sitting on players bench - standing on court with players behind us.


During this time Marko came over and asked if we could move a little and he proceeded to stretch out 2 feet from me (or less) then he bent over and showed us some bum. I swear he did it on purpose.


7:05 - go out to meet Michael Doeleac and get my ball signed. They said my name but I hear nothing and the photo the staff took shows my goofy grin. Lindsay then escorts us off the court to my seats - where were they?

Courtside - yep behind the hoop and next to the opposing players entry area. Sam Cassell walked right by. The seats were $300 each. Crikey! It was awesome. I also received a TWolves tote bag - candle - Big Al Tshirts - Grand casino coupons and the ball signed by Doelac. The ball is a mini-ball.

IT WAS SO FREAKING COOL!!!!!
