Just like US Bank, but I am with you. I would rather have a minimal raise or no raise as opposed to no job.
Dave has lost his sick leave and no raises :( I pray they don't take his vacation!! But I am with you guys at least he has a job and he gets paid well for the area...there are a TON of people around here laid off dur to mill closures etc...
