Went to see I Am Legend with Don on Thur - good movie
Went to Pompeii on Fri - it was good but not as good as I expected. They did give out free audio devices so you coud lget info - that was cool. The place was packed with people.

Last night went to Heidi's for dinner and a movie - it was an LRH night as Carrie was there too. I stayed for Transformers and Harry Potter. Both were very good - I really liked Transformers.
Off to J&G today for sibling Christmas.

I also made an unplanned trip to DSW with Carrie, Lonnie,Jaime and ALice - I got 4 pairs of shoes for 57$. Two Rocket Dogs - good work out shoes and a cutre pair of Sketchers.

I know what Don's gift is for Sib night so I can't wait to see him open it - it is pretty retro cool!

holidays

Christmas Eve was fine in spite of the fact I didn't want to go. We played Apples to Apples and teh food was good. Both kids went. Don's dad and Sharon stayed in TX so we didn't see them at all. Dad and Ellie sent good gifts in the mail. My mom got me an awesome new set of silverware - which is what I wanted. T already went and bought a new game with some of his money.

I got a fun new game for the Wii(from Don) and and 2Alicia Keys cd's(from Don and Mom). YAY - also MP3 player and tix to BlueMan - I buy myself the best presents :)

Heidi made a great gourmet feast and we had cabbage rolls and pirogies YUMYUM! I have the rest of the week off. Don and I are going to a movie tomorrow and to Pompeii at Science Museum on Fri. Then I think a girls nite at H's.

So Queen Had It Up To Here came from a site that generates names - either YAYA Sisterhood or Sweet Potato Queens. Seemed to fit.

I have been thinking about posting here for a long time but cripes - now even Heidi is doing it. I have a MySpace which I almost never update so am going to try this and see if I do any better. I am having a crappy day at the office - this is supposed to be an offical "hardly work" day but instead I am working hard - not fair! I am off next week but have a feeling I will get called into work. Please think good thoughts so I won't....... I do have to be oncall on Christmas Eve during the day.
